Motorcycle Tyre Levers

The tyre levers that we produce are:

13mm diameter.

They are made from high grade BHP steel.

Hot forged, Heat Treated and Electroplated and finished with zinc gold.

300mm Tyre Lever Forged Both Ends LEV130

The 300mm Tyre Lever has been designed to remove and refit the tyre to the rim. Like the Motorcycle Bead Breaker they have been designed with the knowledge that size is a big factor. The 300mm tyre lever will fit in a pannier bag.

The lever has been developed from our long history in manual tyre changing equipment. One end of the tool is for removing the tyre as per normal lever. The Refitting end is designed to pivot on the rim and effortlessly refit the tyre (no more pinched tubes).

200mm Tyre Lever Forged Both Ends LEV135

The 200mm lever has been designed and constructed in the same way as the 300mm tyre lever, the only difference being the length. It is more suitable for a small tool bag or under the seat. E.g.: Trail Bikes
