The unit has also been designed to
work in the simplest way.
Adjust the tool to the width of the
rim
Place the bead breaker through the
centre of the rim between the spokes.
Locate the feet of the Bead Breaker
on the tyre bead.
Break the Bead by winding the tension
nut, which will apply
equal pressure to both feet, until
the bead is broken.
Once the bead is broken, repeat the
action around the rim until the entire bead has been broken.
We have made the tensioning nut 17mm
(same size as many bike axle bolts) so you don’t have to carry any
additional tools, as most bike tool kits contain this size spanner.
