The Manual Tyre Changer works in two
ways. Firstly it removes the tyre from the rim after the bead has
been broken and, secondly it re-fits the tyre to the rim after any
repairs have been carried out.
The Tyrepliers Manual Tyre Changers
have all been designed to be totally transportable system for
easy removal and refit of tyres in the workshop or field
.
The Unit has a minimum number of working parts to ensure reliability
under extreme environmental conditions.
All Three Model's Produced comprises
of the following parts:
- A removable work head,
- A unique handle for removing and
refitting of tyres (Tool pictured fitting a tyre below and right)
,
- and a work stand and or bull
bar mounting bracket (Depending on the model) .

This Work Head has been available for
many years. The unit has proved itself time and time again.
It can be used on all 4,5 and 6 Stud wheels.
The A.T.V. Work Head

This model has been designed to take
A.T.V. wheels. The work head is suitable for use on all A.T.V. wheel
stud patterns and combinations.
The Motorcycle Work

This model is will take up to 21”
motorcycle rims. It has three fingers which adjust in and hold the
rim in place.
The Bull Bar Mounting

In the Field the Workshop model is
just affective. Tyrepliers have developed a Bull Bar Bracket
that enables all Work Heads to be fitted to a bull bar or trailer.
The bracket which is mounted on the
bull bar has been designed with the thought of the resale value of
the vehicle in mind. The bracket will not adversely affect aluminium
or powder coated bull bars. The bracket can also be used
as a “universal bracket” for other applications. At different times,
we have used the bracket to mount a vice etc….
